This Sundays dinner is sure to warm you up, and fill your belly! Just what this week will require especially if you live in my neck of the woods (North East Ohio). We are expecting temps deep in to the negatives, so much of my Sunday is spent planning meals that are going to be easy, and warm... My motivation will be frozen like the temps... I can pretty much count on that. But here is one meal that doesn't take too much effort, but is sure to please just about any one! Even my ridiculously picky kids, YO KIDS were having steak and noodles!!!
xoxo LOVE MOM!
What do you need:
3 lbs Sirloin steak (cubed) or my grocery has pre cut "stroganoff" or Beef stew meat
onion powder-2 tsps
garlic salt - 2 tsps
pepper- to taste
paprika- 2 Tbls
1 beef stroganoff seasoning packet
1 can cream of mushroom
3-4 large can mushrooms
1 large container sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 medium white onion
olive oil- 2-3 Tbls

Cut sirloin into bite size pieces and season generously with onion powder, garlic salt, and paprika. Dice onion set aside.
Brown onions with 1/4 stick of butter in large skillet. Use half of garlic salt and pepper. Set onions aside.
Using same pan. Take rest of butter and olive oil. Brown meat on hight heat 2 min each side. Then place onion and meat in electric skillet.
Add 2 Large dollops of sour cream, beef stroganoff seasoning packet, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom soup. Let simmer on low heat for 45min -1 hour.
When done add Rest of sour cream. Put on warm heat or turn heat off and serve with large egg noodles or whatever makes your heart the happiest.

I'm supposed to take this YUMMY picture of the dish complete in the bowl, but when it came time to eat, We were in a hurried frenzy to get that yumminess to the table! Can you blame us?!!?!!!??
Enjoy
