Party (In Yo Mouth ) Crackers

Crack Crackers, Christmas Crackers, Bacon Crackers, Party Crackers, It doesn't really matter what you call these bad boys what matters is the amount of heavenly goodness that happens to your taste buds when you bite in to them. Also Note 3 ingredients, minimal effort (completely necessary during the busy holiday season) and You will be the talk of the party because everyone is going to want the recipe to your amazing Crack Crackers. Again guys, completely unnecessary to flood my email with Love letters, I get it, the recipes are good.

I don't know when I started making these, but my kids beg for them every year around this time, so now I make them help, check it out, so easy your 5 year old can manage!

The ingredients:

Bacon 1 lb

Club crackers

Parmesan cheese (the sprinkle kind in a can) Ooooo You so fancy

Cooking drying rack and cookie sheets

What to do:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Prepare baking sheet by placing drying rack on cookie sheet, as show in picture below. Cut bacon in half set aside , pour half jar of parmesan into bowl set a side. Take club crackers and spoon a 1/2 table spoon of cheese on to cracker or a spoonful like me because I do not really do measurements, wrap bacon around cheese and cracker, place on drying rack. Once all the bacon has loved on a cracker, put in over for 2 hours, Yes that is not a typo 2 hours, let that greasy goodness bake at a low temp even though it seems like a long time all will be just fine and glorious, I promise!

Let crackers cool, you may serve immediately or they will last and still be heavenly til the next day, If you can keep yourself from eating them ALL! Guess who didn't wait to get a good picture of them before the family started eating them all, THIS GIRL! BUT enjoy who needs a good picture to prove bacon anything is amazing, right!??!!!
